Fit Malaysia Carnival was at Stadium Sultan Abdul Halim, Alor Setar ,15th August 2015. The sky was overcast for most of the morning and it was quite a cool day. There was a huge crowd. The minister of Youth and Sports, Encik Khairy Jamaluddin and the Menteri Besar of Kedah, Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir were spotted making their rounds at the various booths.

Stick2stix was at the Defense Zone and Nana Hanim our very energetic instructor took to the stage from 11am – 12noon. Stick2stix was not only for adults, youngsters also found it fascinating to use the sticks to workout.
