The Sit ‘N’ Move….Anytime Anywhere exercise has begun at taman Lembah Bukit SUK, Shah Alam. The coach for the day was Datin Rosmawati and Zarinah.
MBSA’s Car Free Sunday Shah Alam
MBSA had its Car Free Sunday in conjunction with Chinese New Year.2022. There was lion dance and WSFFM headed the morning exercise with Stick2stix led by our super duper Ms Adilla.

In conjunction with Chinese New Year the Car Free Sunday will be on 13th February 2022. WSFFM will feature Stick2stix on the main stage from 8.10am – 8.30am. See you all there.
